Clecoed the two inboard HS-905 nose ribs to the front spar assembly and match-drilled with 1/8” drill.  Clecoed the two inboard HS-1004 inspar ribs and match-drilled using the same 1/8” drill.
Final drilled #30 the rest of the HS-905 nose ribs and HS-904/1004 inspar ribs to the front spar assembly.

Constructed the cradles to support the HS-1001 skins.  Inserted the skins ensuring the angled end of the skin faces inboard.  Clecoed one nose-rib to the skin to test the fit – wanted to ensure I ground enough off of the tip of the rib to prevent denting the leading edge – looks good.
28 FEB 14: Page 8-8 step 8: 1.25 hours
Clecoed nose ribs to the skins.  Clecoed front spar/inspar rib assembly to the nose ribs and the flanges of the spar to the skins:
01 MAR 14: Page 8-9 steps 1-6: 7 hours
Clecoed HS-1014 and HS-1015 long and short stringers together – final drilled #30 the five outboard holes on each end.  Inserted the stringer assemblies into the stabilizer and dropped them into the notches in the spar ribs.  Clecoed the rear spar assembly to the inspar ribs and final-drilled the holes common to the spar and ribs using #30.  Clecoed the HS-1016 stringer web to the stringer assemblies and final-drilled the holes common to the stringer and stringer web with #30.  Match-drilled the four holes in both flanges of the stringer web into the inspar ribs.  Final drill all skin holes with #40.  Drill, drill, drill:
